Doll Workshop at ACA

Last week, following Focus on Fiber, I taught a doll making workshop at Atlantic Center for the Arts.  Students had a choice of “Lola”,  ” Masquerade” or the “Old World Jester Pattern”.   It was a lot of fun for me to see how each doll took on its own personality as each artist interpreted the pattern in her own way.  There were several sassy Lolas:

A few Masquerades and one Old World Jester:

Some of the artists are still working on the costuming so watch this space for more photos of dolls.

  2. So wonderful to see all that you’ve been doing! Your art has really grown over the years, and I don’t mean just grown weeds! LOL! Your blooms are wonderful – love the thistles and cat tails! I hope you are doing well in everything!!!!!
